Using our Candles

Burning Tips for Cotton Wick Candles

Never leave burning candles unattended
Always remove any labelling before lighting a pillar candle
Always burn candles on a level, heatproof surface
Keep candles away from all flammable items
Never carry or handle a candle whilst burning
Avoid draughts and breeze when burning, all candles burn better in still conditions
Keep wick trimmed to no longer than 8-10mm, be sure to remove all trimmings.

Burning Tips for Crackle Wick Candles

Trim excess wick from the candle and remove before lighting, this is simply done by breaking off the burnt wood from the top of the wick.
Burn your Cracklewick candle for at least 4 hours at a time to ensure a
large wax pool, this way you will get the most out of your candle.
Always burn on a heatproof and flat surface and do not leave your
burning candle unattended.
To extinguish, simply place the lid back on the candle.

Should I trim the candle wick?

Yes, our candles burn best when the wick is kept trimmed to around 8-10mm long being careful to remove the trimming.

How do I reduce the smoke when burning?

Keep the wick small and trimmed to around 8-10mm (remove all trimmings)

How do stop my candles from fading?

Where possible keep candles away from direct sunlight.

How do I reduce smoke when extinguishing the candle?

Using a candle snuffer rather than blowing out the candle, also using a toothpick or similar to push the wick down temporarily into the molten wax, being careful to stand back up again immediately for relighting later.

Can I move a candle whilst burning?

No, we do not advise moving a burning candle. Simply extinguish the flame and then leave to stand until cooled before moving.

How do I stop candles from dripping?

Keep away from all draughts created by air conditioning or open windows, doors etc. Candles burn best in still conditions.

Can a candle be burnt on any surface?

No, candles should always be burnt on a heatproof surface or at least a plate etc to avoid marking the surface.

Usage Tips for Body Care Products

We recommend patch testing on a small part of the body to ensure no skin products with this product.
For external use only, avoid contact with eyes.
If any irritation, rash or inflammation occurs, rinse the products and cease use immediately.

Are your products natural?

All of our body care products are made from all natural ingredients and essential oils.

Using our Premium Soy Melts

Burning Tips for Premium Soy Melts

Never leave burning candle or melter unattended.
Do not mix soy melt with water or apply direct flame.
For use in small burners, simply cut the soy melt in half to avoid overfilling.
Keep out of reach of children and away from flammable objects.

Will your soy melts fit in my burner?

As our soy melts are a premium size, we recommend cutting them in half for smaller burners to avoid overfilling.

Large burners should accommodate our premium soy melts perfectly.

Delivery

When will I receive my order?

Once dispatched, you will receive an email stating your order is on its way. From there, orders should arrive within 2-3 days for Metro areas, and 3-5 days for Regional areas.

How much is delivery?

We charge a flat $15 rate for all of Australia via courier for all online orders, however we do not offer an international shipping service.

Will my order arrive safely?

Yes, all orders are packaged securely with extra protection to ensure there arrive safely for you to enjoy.

What if I'm not home for my delivery?

All courier drivers will leave packages at the front door of your house if nobody is home to receive the order.

Returns

My product arrived damaged.

Whilst we package our products securely and safely to ensure they arrive perfectly, sometimes things go wrong.

If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us via email or phone within 14 days of delivery to discuss. We will organise and pay for return shipping and replace the item free of charge, provided claims are made within 14 days.

I ordered the wrong product, can I change my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please email sales@wrightpower.com or call us to discuss the error.

If you have received the order, you will need to contact us and organise the refund or exchange and post the item back to us at your own expense.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product is damaged in return shipping, used or unsalable.

I didn't receive what I ordered.

If you’re delivery is not what you ordered, please contact us via email or phone to discuss. We will organise and pay for return shipping provided the error is on our behalf.

Product Information

Where are your products made?

All of our products are manufactured in Australia at our factory in Carrum Downs using only quality materials.

Is paraffin wax a safe product?

Yes, there has been a lot of misinformation regarding paraffin wax, it is as safe, clean burning and non-toxic as all other waxes.

Do you use lead core wicks?

No, all our wicks used are pure cotton.

Are your products tested on animals?

Absolutely not. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals by us or our suppliers.

Do your products contain SLS or parabens?

No. None of our body care products contain harmful SLS or parabens.
